Set-up: Booking: Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. We recommend booking your party in advance to ensure your desired party date and time. All bookings are placed over the telephone or via our website. An email confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of receiving a deposit for the event. We do not "pencil in" dates. Deposits are required and are non-refundable even in the event of a cancellation on your end. Credit Cards will also be held on file in the event that property is damaged.
Deposit: We require a deposit of 30% of your total order. Deposits must be received at the time of booking the event or we will release the hold and open it up for other customers. Credit Cards will remain on file, and will not be charged unless there is noticeable damage to the equipment other than normal wear and tear.
Confirmations: Once a deposit is received, we will send an email confirmation via email within 48 hrs. Please review this email to ensure that all of the details of your order are correct (Ex. Date, time, address). If any changes or corrections need to be made, please contact us immediately via telephone.
Liability: Each individual who booked the event will be responsible for signing contracts and/or a release of liability before our equipment is dropped off or before we offer any of our services. We strictly provide entertainment. We are not caretakers/babysitters. Please be aware that children, under the age of three especially, need to be supervised. We will treat your home with the utmost respect and care. However, we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest. If you have any precious belongings please remove them from the entertaining area prior to the event. Also, once the equipment is set up it is your responsibility to inspect the equipment prior to any of our employees departing the premises. If you have any additional questions or concerns in regards to the equipment other than that already discussed with you, please let us know at that time. Once we leave the premises you will be liable for the equipment from that time until our return to pick up the equipment. You will be fined if any damage is done to the equipment besides normal wear and tear.
Deliveries: Depending on your location, there may be a delivery fee. Please note that all orders under $65.00 are required to be picked up. The person who made the reservation or made payment must be present during the time of delivery to sign the rental agreement. The customer is required to check the rental unit and all equipment before the delivery driver leaves to ensure that the equipment is working properly, and that all equipment is received. Once the unit is delivered, there is no guarantee that the delivery driver can return before the pickup time (7pm-1030pm). If a customer is requesting an overnight order, that unit will not be guaranteed until 2:30pm for drop off, as the customers who have same day pickups will be dropped off first to ensure everyone gets the same use from the equipment.
Pickups: Pickups will begin at 7 p.m. and will end at 11:30 p.m. the unless customer has paid an additional fee. Depending on how long prior pickups take, there may be a small time delay. If you are finished using your inflatable before your scheduled pick-up time you may simply unplug the unit until the driver arrives for pickup. If the driver is running late or should anything happen that would delay the drop off or pick up process, a representative will contact you immediately. Overnight orders are picked up the next morning between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Set-up: Inflatables can be setup on grass, concrete asphalt, hardwood floors, turf, or dirt. Cleaning fees apply for units that are set up on dirt or sand. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their area is large enough for set up space. The customer is responsible for measuring their setup area to make sure it will fit upon delivery. If Jump Jump Around discovers that there is not enough space for setup, a cancellation fee may be applied up to the full amount of the rental. Hills and slight inclines should be a maximum of 5 degrees. Gates and walkways have to be a minimum of 3-5 feet wide for standard inflatables, 5-6 feet wide for water slides and larger combo units.
Water slides require a regular garden hose that is not provided by JJA. The hose needs to be within the range of the set up area. Water slides do not come with mats or any concessions to be placed under the pool area. If the customer wishes to place mats or extra cushions under the unit, they need to provide it during the delivery time. Water should be turned off when the water slide or slip and slide is not being used.
Tables and Chairs: Deliveries of tables, chairs, and canopies are not included in the cost of renting the items unless rented with an inflatable. An additional delivery fee will be attached to any order consisting of these items alone or they may have to be picked up from the warehouse. Deliveries of these items are only curbside delivery items, which means that they will be dropped off at the rental address but will not set up setup. These items are entirely the renter's responsibility. We ask that the items are prepared for pickup just the way they were dropped off. That is to say that all tables, chairs, and canopies should be folded and stacked as they were dropped off.
Concession Stands: Most concession stands rentals are table tops and do not come with tables or stands. The customer needs to provide a table or stand along with an extension cord. Supplies are not included in rental price, but can be purchased at an additional cost. The driver is responsible for instructing customers of the correct operation of concession stands and the customer's signature on the rental agreement serves as proof that the drivers instructed them on how to use the equipment. Jump Jump Around also provides an operation instructions manual on how to use machines. Please note: snow cone machine rentals that are purchased with supplies do not include ice and should be provided by the customer.
Supervision of inflatables: It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the setup site is ready , the lawn is mowed, vehicles clear of entry way, and that any other obstructions are out of the way. They must also ensure that any animal feces are removed and that the location is cleared before the delivery is scheduled to arrive. If the site is not ready or accessible when the drivers arrive, or if the rented equipment can not be moved directly on site without extra handling involved, the customer may be charged an additional delivery fee. If the site is not prepared, the drivers might be forced to leave and reschedule your delivery at a later time in which case the delivery fee might be applied.
Please be ready to inform the driver of any underground utilities, such as phone lines, gas lines, spigot systems, sprinkler lines, water lines, or anything else that may interfere with the ability to stake our anchor the equipment. The customers assume responsibility for any damage to underground equipment or landscaping resulting from equipment installations. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that there is an adequate number of electrical outlets with sufficient power to keep the unit working properly. If there is no electrical outlets available at the setup location than a generator can be provided at an additional cost, however this needs to be purchased at the time of making the reservation. All electricity outlets must be capable of providing a minimum of 15 amps for each blower. Please check electricity the outlet you plan to use before Jump Jump Around arrives to ensure that there will be an adequate supply of electricity. Insufficient electricity can create major problems during the course of your rental. Therefore we urge all customers to make preparations and examine electrical outlets to make sure they will provide sufficient electricity. Please be ready to provide extension cords to drivers if the setup location is further than 25 feet from the outlet you plan to use. JJA drivers do not carry extra extension cords, however if customers request an extra one at the time of making the reservation, our delivery driver will make sure to carry an extra extension cord for your order.
Overnight Orders: We allow overnight orders for an additional fee of $15.00. In order to be able to have an overnight order, all equipment must be set up in the back yard. Any orders that require set up in the front yard will be picked up the same evening. In order to have an overnight order, all sprinkler systems must be turned completely off and all pets must be put inside or in another location until the unit is picked up the following day. Additional cleaning fees or repair fees may be imposed up to $300 or replacement fees up to $800 if the unit is damaged, expose to excessive amounts of water, had animal feces on the unit, or if there are any additional items on the unit that require additional cleaning. Also, the customer is responsible for the equipment and anyone that comes in contact with the equipment
while it is in your possession.
Location: Please inform us of what city you live in while requesting a quote. Depending on the area you live in, there may or may not be a delivery fee.
The customer is responsible for supervising the unit while it is their possession. The are responsible for the safety of anyone who comes in contact with the unit and any equipment rented. There are instructions usually located on the front of the unit which need to be read and understood by any and all people supervising participants inside of the unit. Instructions will also be provided on the release of liability that required to be read and signed before our departure. Blatant disregard of safety rules may result in physical injury and/or additional fees. Food and/or silly string are not allowed in or on the units. If these things are found on the unit at pickup, there will be an additional cleaning and repair fee. Jump Jump Around does provide inflatable attended services for larger events at an additional fee. Attendants will come out and supervise the unit and make sure those using the inflatable are doing so safely and following instructions. However, the responsibility of making children follow the guidelines is the adults and parents responsibility.
